Move In / Move Out Guide

Pablo Group Properties is excited to welcome you as a Resident. The following information will assist in making your experience with us as seamless as possible.

  • Moving In

    • Pablo Group Properties is excited to welcome you as a Resident. The following information will assist in making your experience with us as seamless as possible. 
    • Security Deposit & First Month’s Rent: Your security deposit is due within two weeks of signing your lease. Your first month’s rent is due prior to move-in. These may be paid via check, ACH, or credit card. 
    • Rent Payment: Rent is due and payable on the 1st of each month and charges will apply for late payments per your lease agreement. Log in to your portal here to make a one-time payment or to schedule your autopay.
    • We will reach out to you 5-7 days prior to your move in date to make arrangements for receiving your keys and fob, and to help with any last minute move in questions. 
    • Move In Checklist: Please print and complete within 7 days of moving in and return it to the Property Manager. This will be used upon move out to ensure you aren’t charged for any previous damages.  
  • Moving Out

    • Close Out Final Payments: Please make sure you have a zero balance at the end of your lease. If you have an autopay setup through our resident portal, please deactivate to ensure future payments are not processed. 
    • Two weeks prior to your lease end date, we will reach out to confirm your move out plan and provide details on returning your keys and fob.
    • Clean & Rent Ready: The apartment should be clean and in “rent ready” condition for the new resident. If additional cleaning is required, charges may be deducted from your security deposit.  
    • Potential Damages: The most common security deposit deductions are cleaning, painting, and damages to appliances and fixtures. If you have concerns or questions on potential damages, please contact your Property Manager to discuss.
    • Utility Reminder: Residents are responsible for informing Xcel Energy of their lease end date. 

Maintenance Request

We kindly ask that you submit your maintenance requests through your resident portal. This will be the fastest way to get you’re your maintenance request completed. You may also contact the Property Manager to submit a request. Please login to your resident portal below and follow the prompts. If you do not yet have a login password for your resident portal, please get started below.
